Cobra  Slip-On 3" Mufflers Harley Davidson Touring 1995-2016. These 3-inch slip-on mufflers offer performance and style without breaking the bank. The 2-inch core, surrounded with a special e-glass packing and a stainless-steel mesh screen, offers the best performance and sound quality available in a 3-inch diameter muffler body. Tips can be mounted in one of three positions.
